An error occurred while writing to logger(s)

Hi Pollination Community,

I have been attempting to run some simple test studies with Pollination. The last couple of studies I have pollinated have appeared in my project as running studies. However, after a couple of hours of elapsed time, none of the individual runs have been completed and there is no compute time yet.

I know that this can happen when in the queue behind other schedules studies/runs, but I have a new error on my check study status component that I have never noticed before.

I am wondering if this error could be the reason for the issues with my latest studies, instead of simply being in the queue? Does anybody know what this error means?

Update:

The studies that I scheduled have all finished running now, which is great!

I would still be interested to know what the error means though, if anyone knows :slight_smile:

Hi @anthonyschneider,

From what I can see, this looks like a local error with the logger. All the runs on the server finished successfully. Can you share the log file under the %appdata%\Pollination\logs folder? There should be one for Grasshopper.

If you can share the log files @mingbo should be able to help.
