Hi admins (@Mostapha). We are back at it, ready to engage our globally-flung team to do some facade optimization. I have added seats and a plugin license, organization members, and assignments to a team. But I can’t add a cloud subscription - the interface is just greyed out. I tried different browsers, because, you know. I made sure I’m accessing my org and not my personal account.
Is there something I haven’t set up yet? Do I need a compute package or app resource subscription to run recipes in the cloud?
We’re indeed rolling back the cloud simulation. That said, it is still available for the next month or so.
Your screenshot shows the other cloud assets. To run simulations on the cloud you need a compute package. Try to scroll down and you should see it. Let me know if you have any other questions.
