In my Revit model between two levels I have another tier for double length. When I import the rooms from that level I have the double length but not it looks like I have a missing layer. In Revit for those areas we had exterior walls. What can I do to enclose that area? Thank you!

I’m not sure if I understand the question correctly. Is it possible for you to share some screenshots of the problem or share your model?
If your question is about modeling 3 levels where the middle level only covers part of the level below, you can import the 3 levels just like how import any other level, then select the double height rooms on the first floor and adjust their height to go all the way to level 3. Here is a quick sketch.
