For my EUI simulation, I am using system 8: VAV with PFP boxes. When I run the analysis, seems the system has not been applied to my zones (I have air terminal single duct rather than PFP box (image below).
I will send the geometry in the message.
Do you know what causes this issue?

Because you set your system up with Ironbug, this is a question for @mingbo . Perhaps the Ironbug template Grasshopper file that he set up for this needs to be improved.
If you stick to using the template HVAC systems, you will always be able to get things to work out of the box like you see what I have here when I choose “VAV chiller with PFP boxes”:
