I imported windows and doors into my model. However, when I do preview, I am unable to see some of the windows and the rest I cannot see. When I did the preview for windows and doors before I have imported them it seemed fine.

This is most likely because you need to use a larger value for projection distance. See this topic.

Did you set all the rooms to be top exposed? That might be part of the problem. The roof will also most likely need some cleaning up. If you can share the PoMF with me, I can help you with cleaning up the roof.
