I have installed the pollination plug-in for grasshopper. But i noticed that i only have half of the components available (section 2 and 3). The sections 1 and 4 are missing. What might be the problem and how to fix this?

This is as expected. The sections 1 and 4 are added to Grasshopper when you install the Rhino plugin. See below.
