Hi, I’ve just started to use Pollination plugin in Revit2022.
In Export model function, When I try to preview some rooms, “ERROR-Model merging failed” message appeared and I couldn’t see any model in preview window.
Debug.log file shows
“DEBUG|pollination_logger|dragonfly.cli.translate - ERROR - Model merging failed.
‘cp932’ codec can’t decode byte 0x86 in position 75267: illegal multibyte sequence”
I guess it’s related to Language matter (this revit model include some Japanese text),
but some other rooms can be previewed normally,
and I can’t figure out the difference in error cases and fine cases.
Please help me to get the right track to use Pollination.
Hi @naoki, Sorry about the issue. I believe we have resolved this in the latest release already. Is it possible for you to share this model with us so we can try it on our end?
This issue is resolved in the new release (v2.209.7).
