Hi there,
i am just starting to look into pollination cloud. is there any way to create custom recipes - and if there is, is there any manual / tutorial available?

That said, depending on your needs, it might be much easier to develop a custom app instead of writing a full recipe. You can use the recipes from inside an app. See this post:
