I have a question regarding the possibility of running a daylight simulation directly from an architectural model using Pollination Rhino plugin without converting them into honeybee zones and then running it!

Similar to Ladybug Tools you can prepare the model with a face-based approach. All you need to do is to convert the faces to orphaned opaque surfaces, apertures, or shades.
It is valid to have a model that only consists of orphaned faces.
