Is it possible for me to duplicate a level?
Hi @cemresonmez,
Yes. You can use the multiplier to do this. It creates a new copy of the level.
Another option, if you want to keep the room names consistent with the names from Revit, you can export the level and then use the “Match and Replace” command to align the rooms in new level with the one that you have already cleaned up.
When I try the Match and replace feature I get an error saying “No base rooms from base story.” How can I fix that?
Hi @cemresonmez,
Make sure that base story/level is visible and the rooms from the level are selected when you run the command. The command needs those rooms to process the similarity between them and
@antonellodinunzio, I think regardless of where we end up with the UI for the wizard, we should start exposing the levels as a dropdown, and also for this command and the “Auto Align” command include the rooms from the base level as part of the process automatically.
I will create a separate card for this.
