Error Adding Organization Members

Hi There. I’m trying to add members to my organization and I keep receiving the following error.

“Not authorized: Quota of type: “members” has exhausted limit of: 0.0 with usage of: 0.0”

I have confirmed that my Organization account has purchased 1 seat of the Bundled Rhino and Revit Floating Licenses. Now should I be able to add multiple organization members that can share that one floating license?

I can see that this can be confusing but a CAD license is different from a seat. You can read more about it here:

In short, you need to add organization seats to your organization before being able to add other users to the organization. You can see the documentation here:
