Error when logging in to Pollination Rhino plugin

Hi @mostapha ,

I bought a monthly licence of the Rhino plugin, but when I try to login from Rhino, I get the error " Invalid authorization, Error calling GetMe".
Is it possible that is because the Rhino license I’m using is connected to a different email address compared to the one that I use to login to pollination? If so, is there a way to fix it?

Hi @micheledimartino,

Did you use the same login and method that you used to log into Discourse? The Rhino plugin expects you to sign into the same account that the license is purchased under.

In the past, we have seen cases in which companies have blocked Pollination endpoints. You should also check the Antivirus and Firewall to ensure they are not blocking the connection.

No. That should not affect the process of logging into Pollination.
