I came across an issue with the Revit plugin on a model. I am unable to open the ‘export model’ dialogue box. Other options like ‘sensor grid’ settings open perfectly. With other files, the export works perfectly well. Is there any specific aspect of the model that I need to look out for?

I have a coworker who is new to pollination and today she messaged me to say that her export model tab won’t open for some reason. Is there anything I should tell her to try? She just downloaded the free trial today and says she has an active license.
Hi @sriram, can you provide more information? What’s the version of the reboot plugin? Do the rest of buttons work? Do you see any write messages? Can you share a screenshot of what happens?
Thanks for the quick response. I’m currently using Revit 2024 with the free trail to test if it works before buying a full version.
After some restarts the plugin seems to work. All the buttons including the export option are working. But the 3D model is not loaded properly for exporting. Unfortunately the no. of screenshots I can upload is limited is there a mail id I can sent it to?
