I have recently installed the pollination revit plugin and I am new to the software. Currently my pollination ribbon looks like this
I don’t have a simulation tab and my export options seem to named differently. Further to this, when I “select windows/doors” all of the window/door types appear in the list but have count of 0?
Am I doing something wrong or missing an updated software? Thanks in advance

You’re not doing anything wrong. Our documentation is a bit behind, but you should be able to find your way through the process. I have been actively working on updating them, and we should be able to push it out by early next week at the latest.
That usually happens because you’re not in the correct Phase. Did you select the correct phase?
I believe I am, windows/doors section also appears to show no types when the level filter is enabled? could this be an issued with model I am using?
Thank you for the screenshot. I just saw your email, too. Let me get back to you there. We might need the model to be able to help. I see that Levels are also not loaded correctly, which is not how it should be.
