Found an interesting problem. I was not allowed to make any permanent changes to a cloud model, so I just made snapshots of the levels and saved them out to a separate folder. I closed out and did not synch and relinquished all elements and worksets. When I came back to the project later and opened model editor from the plugin, the snapshots did not auto-load (as expected). However when I would try to path to the folder where the project snapshots were saved using the button nothing happened after multiple attempts. I reloaded the data and restarted the model to the same result. However when I opened model editor as a standalone app, it was successful.
Hi @aislas,
Most of what you’re explaining here is the expected behavior. The information for the snapshots that should be linked to a particular Revit model is only saved if the Revit file is saved so the data can be saved as part of the Revit model.
This is not expected to happen. Did you try to use the reload/refresh button next to the load files from folder button?
Yes I had tried that. Its not a big issue so long as I can open the files on the desktop app and work on the model from there.
