I’m trying to use Pollination on my work desktop with Revit, but I haven’t been able to access the free trial from the start. I haven’t used the plugin even once yet. I wanted to export a model from Revit to IESVE.
Could you please help me resolve this issue?

I’m happy to help. What’s the message that you get when you try to start your trial?
Additionally, I recommend using this version for your trial, which includes several improvements.
i installed the one you sent me but it still says “NO LICNESE POOL-Oops! You don’t currently have access to any license pools. To keep using Pollination, please purchase a license”
