Hi,
I’ve been trying to install the Ladybug plugin using the One Click Pollination installer, but I’m unable to load any of the Ladybug-family plugins after installation. I keep encountering the error shown below.
In addition, I can’t find any user objects in the User Objects folder, nor any .gha files in the Components folder.
Could you please advise on what might be going wrong? Thanks in advance for your help.

The Ladybug Tools files are here: C:\Program Files\ladybug_tools\grasshopper
What version of Rhino are you using? Is it up to date?

From your screenshot, it looks like your Grasshopper isn’t installed correctly with the Rhino. The error comes from the User Object of Grasshopper. I checked the same error message on the McNeel’s discourse, the most of them are related to the outdated Rhino version. Since you are already using the 8.23, I’d suggest re-installing the Rhino 8 with all default settings, such as installation folder. Let’s see if this is related to how you installed the Rhino. If the issue still exists, it is better to post the issue on McNeel’s (Forum), they might have more details about the issue.
