Hi @z-liuziyan, welcome to the forum! Can you follow the suggestion here and use the Rhino plugin? It has fixed similar issues for other users.

Installation Error: FileNotFoundException

Following @Mostapha recommendation I uninstalled pollination and reinstalled the same version but from the rhino plugin download and now it works. It seems there is something off with the other installer.

Just to update everyone here that we have identified the source of the issue in the GH plugin that failed to load. We have a new dev version of the installer here, please give it a try and let us know if the issue remains.
