Help: After installing Ladybug Tools, an error occurs when opening Grasshopper. What could be the cause?

Hi @z-liuziyan, welcome to the forum! Can you follow the suggestion here and use the Rhino plugin? It has fixed similar issues for other users.

Installation Error: FileNotFoundException

Following @Mostapha recommendation I uninstalled pollination and reinstalled the same version but from the rhino plugin download and now it works. It seems there is something off with the other installer.
