How do I create a new project in my organisation's account?

I am the owner of our Aurecon account but there isn’t a button to create a new project:

How do I do this?

The below might be solved once the above is solved, which is why I haven’t posted it in a separate topic:

I suspect that it might be because you need an actual project in the account to access it?

Ok solved it - what confused me was that unlike with the personal accounts, for the organisational accounts you add a new project via the “+” button at the top right:
