Not positive that I’ve asked this before, but how can I go about importing my own templates with schedules, construction sets, etc into Pollination? Currently, we have out templates as .osms and can convert to .idfs, but it looked like it wanted .jsons and I wasn’t sure how to do that.

We should be able to help you with this either by adding support for loading them directly from OSM files or helping you converting the OSMs to JSON.
@chriswmackey and @mingbo, what is the best way to help Emily here?
P.S. keep an eye out for the upcoming release. The support for older versions of OpenStudio is finally coming to Pollination. 
Yay!! I also did use Chris’s link on github to do the backporter so I have it on 3.9 now (look at us! already on 3.9!), but this would just save another step.

We have Python commands that can be run to extract construction sets from an OSM into the JSON format that the model editor currently uses as well as extracting space types from an OSM into the JSON format we use. I forget if you have any experience with installing Python packages and you would want to try this yourself but you can just share the OSM files with your templates in them and I’ll convert them to Program Type JSON for you.
Then, you can put the JSONs in the following location on your machine: %appdata%\ladybug_tools\standards
And they will show up in your Program Type and Construction Set library when you open the model editor.
I’ll DM you the json file I got out from your links just to check, but wanted to double check I didn’t miss anything because now no program types are showing ups- even the defaults
I have the program jsons saved in C:\Users\eschwartz\AppData\Roaming\ladybug_tools\standards\programtypes (and construction sets in constructionsets folder, etc)
no rush on this, but can I just jump on a call with y’all at some point to figure out the best way to import programs? I converted all of our osm templates to jsons and got them to show up, but it cant tell the difference between, for instance, the storage spacetypes in the hospital template and the multifamily template and those have different schedules and loads. Whenever works for you!
