I can recreate the same results on my end and EUI and total floor area shows as 0.
I didn’t notice any obvious issue with the model. @chriswmackey what I am missing here? Why the total building area is 0? From what I can see the model is valid.

The issue seems pretty clear to me. You set all of the rooms of your model to have their floor area excluded from the EUI calculation:
Typically, you only want to do this for things like plenums, crawl spaces, or maybe some attached unconditioned spaces like garages. So just uncheck this box for all of the rooms and the floor area will be counted in the EUI calculation.
