Invalid Authorization when trying to activate the Rhino licence

Hi, I am having issue activating the license in Rhino. It gives me the following error: Invalid Authorization! Error calling GetMe: {“detail”:“Not authenticated”}.

Can I know what might be the issue and what is the solution to the problem?

Most likely this is because you’re using an older version of the Rhino/Reboot plugin. See here:

Hi @jamesthomson, Sorry about that. Can you check and ensure you’re calling https://api.pollination.solutions and not https://api.pollination.cloud? Even though we have set up a redirect, it won’t work for authentication. If you are using one of the CAD plugins, ensure you are using a recent version. See here for more information: Let me know if it solves the problem.

Try to download and install the latest version and that should resolve the problem.

Also having this issue, downloading the latest Rhino plugin to see if that resolves the issue.
