LB UTCI Parameters Component - description bug

I get a weird bug when previewing the input _heat_thresh of the UTCI Param component. The info I see is not relevant, and it is also not the one that appears in the args section of the code.

Yeah, this is not the correct description of the input. It never got exported correctly because it missed the underscores on either side in the args section.
