Looking for a daylight simulation expert to help with a project in Sydney Australia

Hello,
I hope someone on this forum can help.
I am looking for someone to help me with the daylight analysis of a highrise building in Sydney Australia.
This is a 27storey building where I need to determine sun and shadow timeframes for each group of windows on the building. This data will then be used to program the building automation system and control the blinds in the building.
