Hi All, hope you’re doing well!
I’m relatively new to using Pollination Plugin for Rhino, so my apologies if this question lies in the wrong place/tag. I’ve been running a daylighting simulation using the setup runs component to run the LEED daylight-option-one for a model.
I can log into the Pollinate component and am able to run on my local machine, though I do get the following warning once the study has run:
“1. C:\Program Files\ladybug_tools\python\lib\site-packages\queenbee\cli_init_.py:11: UserWarning: pkg_resources is deprecated as an API. See Package Discovery and Resource Access using pkg_resources - setuptools 80.9.0 documentation. The pkg_resources package is slated for removal as early as 2025-11-30. Refrain from using this package or pin to Setuptools<81.
from pkg_resources import iter_entry_points”
When searching for the study using the ‘Check Study Status’ component I get the error below. (I’ve had to redact part of the file-path in line with my company’s privacy policy)
I’ve seen in responses to other questions that this is a known issue for runs that fail, and that it was being looked at. Looking through the other in the study folder, it seems like all the information for a study is present, and seems to have run successfully, but there is no job.json file.
I have Pollination for Rhino 1.60.5 downloaded, and it allows me access to Pollination components within grasshopper.
If anyone is able to provide any clarity as to why this is occurring and any solutions that would be greatly appreciated!
Kind Regards,
Kyran
