The model is validating for IES in Pollination but I’m getting a ton of small adjacency errors in the IES Model Report.

That’s expected. The small faces in IESVE report is more of a warning and not a validation error. i.e. it is only letting you know that there might be issues in the model but the simulation should run with no issues. That’s why we don’t include it in the validation report.
That said, assuming that the warnings are happening between the rooms on the same level or the rooms in different levels, you can use the Find adjacency gaps command to find those in Pollination and fix them if you would like.
If the faces are generated because of how the roofs are modeled, then it will be slightly more challenging and you have to edit the roofs. The key question here is whether it is worth the effort if it doesn’t make a difference in the simulation results.
