Plugin installation (one click installer through pollination)

Hi
I’ve been trying to install the ladybug plugin through the one click pollination installer. However, I am just not able to load the plugin after installation. I keep getting various sorts of errors. I have also ensured to manually remove all previous versions of ladybug (and related packages). The latest error I get on loading grasshopper is this:

Can anyone please help.

Hi @mzmd, @mingbo can confirm but this is most likely happening because you’re using an older version of Rhino.

Hi @mzmd what version of Rhino you are using? Please try to update the Rhino to the latest version.
