PO Crashes When Creating Constructions

Hi all,

I am experiencing an error when creating a new construction in the construction manager. Pollination & Rhino crashes showing the message below. I was able to create constructions last week on this same model before it crashed with the same error (losing my progress), and now I get this whenever I go to create a construction.

Thank you for reporting the issue, and sorry about the crash.

What version of the Rhino plugin are you using?
Can you share the model with us? We might be able to recover the data from the file.

Thanks for your quick response.

It’s version PO.V1.50.1.0 (Jul 31, 2024). Interestingly, when trying to check the version of the plugin, the software also crashed.

So I imported the model into a fresh rhino file and things are working now. Seems whatever is causing the crash is associated with that specific file.

I will send you a link privately to the original file in question.

Thanks @davidjbrownstein for reporting this issue. This is my first time seeing this error.
I checked your model, and also tried to create a new construction, everything seems to be working fine on my side.
Probably, this issue has been fixed already in a newer version after 1.50.1. I will keep eyes on it and please let us know if it happens again on your machine.
