Pollination for Rhino licence visible as expired

Hi,

I have a problem with pollination for rhino licence,

I am assigned to a pool of licence where one active licence is available (no one else use it)

But when I open Rhino and try to use PO_ commends – it tell me that my trial licence expired.

I am logged in – but there is an error like this:

I know that some other people have the same error visible – but it read the licence properly despite this.

What can I do to use the license? Is it possible to delete some information about trial I was using year ago (or sth like this)?

I will appreciate any suggestion how to solve this.

Hi @tanita,

Sorry about the issue. What version of the Pollination Rhino plugin are you using?

This is most likely a dependency conflict with another plugin that you have installed. Can you share the logs from this folder with us? %appdata%\pollination\logs. There will be many files, but we need the one for today when this error happened.

Can you try the PO_LicenseManagerClassic command instead? That should bring up the classic version of the license manager.

The problem was in version 1.64.5; now I have installed version 1.65.10 and there it works as it should. Thank you :slight_smile:
