Hi @saminkamali, this is a different issue and it is working as expected. The Starter
tier allows 3 hours of compute for free each month. You have exceeded your allowance and that’s why you see this message. You need to upgrade to a paid tier to continue using cloud computing. See the pricing page for more details (Pricing).
