Rhino plugin not appearing after installation

I’ve had Pollination installed on my Rhino several times by our IT staff, but it still doesn’t appear or load properly on my Rhino. Has anyone experienced this issue before?

Is there any way I can try to manually check or verify if it’s installed correctly on my Rhino setup?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @asc, welcome to the forum! Is it possible that your IT is using the Grasshopper plugin installer that removes the Rhino installation? Can you ensure that you’re using the RHGH Installer, and not the GH installer?
