Roof is not showing in pollination model

Does anyone know why my pollination model does not show the roof?

Hi @snorouzi,

We need more information to be able to help you. Which roof is missing in the model? Are you expecting a free-standing roof to show up here? If that’s the case, then you should add it as a shade object to the model.

I just upload some pictures of the actual shape of the roof, I think in the new version it is not showing details anymore. since I just check the Revit template and still no roof was not showing

Thank you for uploading the images.

1. Make sure that the room volumes are correct. You can check that in the section by turning on the rooms’ visibility. If not, adjust the upper height to fix them.
2. Make sure to use the Full Volume mode for the top story. It looks like you are using the Extruded Floors mode.

This solution is not the best approach anymore. Pollination now support slanted roofs in the extruded model. See here for more information:

Thank you so much. The location of geometry calculation was changed in new model and that’s why I export them as a extrude model. When I change it to full volume it worked.
