Solve adjacency and ground BC

Hello! Today I was working with a sub-grade basement, PO_SolveAdjacency was not working to set the sub-grade BC to ground but PO_RebuildRooms does set the sub-grade walls as ground BC
after solve adjacency:

Could PO_SolveAdjacency possibly take care of the boundary condition setting for ground BC applicable faces?

I thought this is already the case. @mingbo, is this the expected behavior?
