Unexpected behavior from PO_AlignInPlan2D

Hi! I noticed some odd behavior from PO_AlignInPlan2D, where sometimes the guideline is moved to the geometry to be aligned.
The bottom set of curves is performing as expected, the top shows the odd behavior of the guideline

@tfedyna, this should be fixed in v1.74.3. Feel free to reopen if you are able to recreate the issue.
