I am getting vertical overlap between two levels but when I check the elevation and floor to floor length it does not look like it should be vertically overlapping.

Can you share the PoMF with us? Or share some screenshots? You can share your model with me in a private message if you can’t share the model publicly.
Do you happen to have roofs in your model? It might be that some rooms are coming up all the way to the roof.
Hi. I can not share the file publicly but the overlap happens with the rooms that I multiplied and then changed the elevation of. The levels do not contain roofs.
