I am able to log into my account on https://app.pollination.solutions with the same credentials just fine and I have a license under License Pool. I installed the new update yesterday, could my issue stem from that?
Hi @jfreg, that issue is not related to the plug-in itself. What happens when you try to log in to the web-based version of the Model Editor?
If you can log in here, then you should be able to login to the other page, too. Make sure to use the correct email and password that you used to create your account.
