Hi @crduggin, What version of the Revit plugin are you using? This is happening because the older .cloud domain cannot be used for authentication anymore. See here:

Authentication error when opening Model Editor

[2025-0520_PollinationError] After opening Model Editor I’m prompted to sign-in, but after entering in my credentials I receive the following message. “Error calling GetMe: {“detail”:“Not authenticated”}” I am able to log into my account on https://app.pollination.solutions with the same credentials just fine and I have a license under License Pool. I installed the new update yesterday, could my issue stem from that?
