We are having issues today accessing the API; we are getting this error. I’ve tried generating a new API key and asking colleagues within the business to try independently, and we all get the same error. This impacts some of our workflows, potentially causing business-critical issues on the project is this a problem at the pollination end?
Sorry about that. Can you check and ensure you’re calling https://api.pollination.solutions and not https://api.pollination.cloud? Even though we have set up a redirect, it won’t work for authentication.

Thanks for getting back to me, I’ve updated the api calls as suggested and I can now access my personal projects via the api as per normal but still cannot access our group account projects. It returns an unknown user error when I attempt to access the group subscription.
Hi @jamesthomson, thanks! I sent you a private message. I need some more information to be able to help. Now that the initial authentication works we should be able to figure out the rest.
For future reference, the problem was resolved after changing the domain and updating the Pollination Python packages to ensure they all use https://api.pollination.solutions
